A return and refund policy is helpful when you are not satisfied with our product. Printworks primary goal is customer satisfaction and we don’t want you to be sad to our product!

You can follow the steps below on what are the rules and how to return a product.

How To Return An Item

To return, your item must be in its original unused condition. Unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.

1. Please email [email protected] or in Messenger to request a refund. Once emailed we will assign you a tracking #.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package. Package signed a letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

We can’t issue return or refund if :

  • Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not available for return or exchange
  • No actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
